Here is a list of modifications:

1.  Engine:  
-----------
Crank balanced and Magnafluxed.
Dual plugged with Dyna Coils.
The timing is set a bit advanced
BMW 336 cam, 1mm more lift and 15 degree longer 
duration
The oil cooler is a Lockhardt Phillips
Use a long hinged oil filter.

2.  Forks:  
----------
Originally off a 1991 KTM 250, WP4054.  
Revalved for a xr 600 Baja bike.  
There was about 1" of travel removed and 
the springs were shortened to work properly.  

The spring rate is approximately .51Kg.
(stock measures:)
capacity 500cc
weight 5 S.A.E.
Air chamber space 130mm
12.5 mm preload on forks stamped with K4T95L
15 mm on those marked K4T95K

3.  Front Wheel:  
----------------
Stock BMW with custom spacers and axle to work with 
the KTM forks.  
The front axle is American thread as is the caliper 
bracket.
Custom rotor and caliper carriers for the Harrison 
caliper.
Custom brake line, you may want to find a KTM one 
and reroute like a Honda.

4.  Fork Yolks: 
---------------
The KTM triple clamps and steering stem were used.  
The steering bearings can be found at a bearing supply 
house.
As a side note if you want more steering lock simply 
move the tank back and relocate the steering stops.  

In case you want a tighter turning radius.  
I never had a problem.

4. Miscellaneous:  
-----------------
Front blinkers are Acerbis
The tank is a HPN you can get through Touratech or HPN.
The foot pegs are from a R80GS.
The skip plate is for a R100 GSPD.
The front fender is a Acerbis Baja, a KTM fender 
should bolt up also.
